My iPod Touch 16GB isn’t playing nice! I have these screenshots of what it’s doing to me! Still has wrapping! I might have to take this to Apple.

I wouldn’t. I’d offer that thing up to an iPod hacking team. My bet is that you’d be able to get a pretty penny for it, since it apparently shipped with the diagnostic software and no OS loaded.

You should try to hard-reset it. As apparently there is OS X installed in it, according to the screenshot you made of the serial number page, put the testing team didn’t rebooted back to OS X and left the phone on the maintenance menu.
At least it seems then that there is some hidden menus… Can you enable Bluetooth with that menus?

This is so obviously fake, how can you people fall for this?
Cheerios box for the serial number? Buttons? There’s only one button.
There is no bluetooth on the device so there would in no way be an option to enable it.

[...] New iPod Touches ship without an OS. Goo! I don’t know the ins and outs of modern manufacturing, but when you don’t have an actual hard drive to load software onto, that means blank chips get loaded onto the iPod and then flashed with the OS. I suppose that makes sense, but isn’t that something they could, you know, check for? Which brings us to our next little nugget: 20″ iMacs have faulty screens? Are you kidding me with this? I don’t even know what to say for this, we’re dealing with an all-in-one computer here, you can’t exactly skimp on the screen and upgrade it later. When you’re asked to spend over a grand on a computer you probably have certain standards, unreasonable as that may sound to Cupertino. Speaking of unreasonable… [...]

Ich bitte dich, scribieren in englisch. Deutsch is sehr gut, aber, bitte… Deutschland rulez…
In the below paragraph I say that in gizmodo.com they said that they passed music via bluetooth to a sony rolly… and that there are several things “they” don’t recognize in the touch.
bye…

This case makes the iPod very easy to grip. The belt clip rotates well and grips well. The rubber protects the iPod very well from drops. The only thing that is not protected is the click wheel. When I travel, I keep the iPod in cheap camera case with the headphones so that it is protected.
When I first received my TouchSkin, the clip was not securing tightly to the case because the piece that holds it was stuck. I sent the company an e-mail. A few days later, they sent me THREE replacement clips for free. This level of customer service is not seen these days so I am very happy with my purchase.
